We currently offer two shipping options via Royal Mail:

Standard Shipping – FREE
  Delivery estimated within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Express Shipping – £2.20

  Delivery estimated within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

> Note: Working days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Dispatch Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking

Currently, our Standard Shipping option does not include tracking. If you'd like tracking, please select Express Shipping at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, we rely on Royal Mail for timely delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please allow an extra 2 working days before contacting us.

If your item still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at  with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
